Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Digital Content & Influencer Marketing Manager to own social media and content strategy, crafting a warm brand voice for parents and building a thriving influencer/UGC ecosystem.

You will drive Instagram growth with authentic, relatable content and oversee content scheduling, captions, thumbnails, and publishing. This remote role targets US/UK audiences with international teams.

Qualifications

Excellent English fluency — capable of writing captions and briefs for video content.
A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands (include links).
High visual design competency — output should be polished and on-brand.
Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs.
Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating.
Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

Content Marketing Execution: Create and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram that feels real and relatable to parents.
Influencer & UGC Programme Management: Build and manage a network of influencers, parent creators, and UGC contributors.
Brand & Channel Growth: Lead Instagram growth, develop a content calendar, and optimize performance.
Team Collaboration: Work asynchronously within a globally distributed team and deliver reliably.
