Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Brand Content & Social Media Manager to own the content engine from concept through to influencer coordination and performance iteration.

This is a remote role targeting US time zones, with a focus on authentic storytelling and human, non-AI content. You will lead content creation for Instagram, manage calendars end-to-end, source influencers, and optimize growth through engagement and community building.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with native or near-native fluency.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands.
• Ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content beyond basic design tools.
• Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently.
• Capable of acting as a sole content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prior remote-work experience with US/UK-based companies and comfort with async tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content.
• Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, schedule and publish.
• Manage full social content calendar end-to-end.
• Source and coordinate influencers and UGC contributors.
• Track performance and iterate based on audience response.
• Repurpose creator content across channels.
