Adaptive Teams is seeking a creative, community-minded content creator to lead the social media voice for a conscious, fast-growing community. This fully remote role centers on authentic engagement and compelling short-form content that resonates with a global audience.

You will craft magnetic posts, reels, and captions; manage the posting calendar; and collaborate with designers to keep the brand vibrant and relevant. Flexible hours and growth opportunities come with the role.

Formación

• Experience creating short-form content (Reels/TikTok) for social media.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, scripting, or editing.
• Strong ability to engage and grow online communities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and a hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Create magnetic content: posts, Reels, carousels, stories with bold captions.
• Edit and repurpose event clips into short-form videos.
• Plan posting calendar and coordinate with designers/editors.
• Engage daily with members, DMs, and comments to keep energy high.
• Grow reach by connecting with creators, brands, and influencers.
• Promote events and collaborations; coordinate vendor outreach and partnerships.
• Develop social media strategy, content pillars, and growth initiatives aligned with brand goals.
