Content Creators is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Manager to own strategy, performance, and optimization for a portfolio of education-focused campaigns. You will lead media planning, audience development, creative testing, analytics, and partner communication to drive measurable growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft effective campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, ensuring ongoing optimization and clear reporting for impact.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally in an agency or multi-account setting.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
• Proven track record managing performance-focused paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of audience development, creative strategy, and conversion-focused advertising.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills with clear performance insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Paid Social strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
• Develop audience strategies based on demographics, behaviors, interests, first-party data, and campaign objectives.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to develop ad concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, and testing strategies.
• Analyze creative performance to identify hooks and formats driving engagement and conversions.
• Establish structured testing frameworks across audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and campaign structures.
• Monitor KPIs including CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
• Identify creative fatigue and propose new concepts and variations to maintain performance.
• Translate campaign performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Account Services to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
• Stay current on platform updates and emerging ad formats.
