Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients. You will manage STR properties on Airbnb, Vrbo and other platforms, handle guest communications, and coordinate cleaning and maintenance to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with Guesty, Hostaway and similar PMS, plus strong English communication and the ability to work independently in a remote, US-hours aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Proven STR property management or vacation rental operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Practical experience using Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS.
• Strong guest relations, reservation management and property operations knowledge.
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance and turnovers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and respond to time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties across platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Handle guest communications, inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, and concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars and listing updates.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS to streamline operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors and inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues and urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records and booking details.
• Communicate property performance and updates to owners.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards.
