Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients. You will handle day-to-day operations for STR properties listed on Airbnb and Vrbo, coordinate guest communications, manage reservations, calendars, and listing updates, and use PMS tools to streamline operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Guesty or Hostaway, excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely on US

Qualifications

• Proven experience in STR/vacation rental management.
• Experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Experience using Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS.
• Strong guest relations, reservation management, and property operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms.
• Handle guest communication, inquiries, check-in/out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS to streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between stays.
• Resolve guest issues and urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and journals for owners.
