BSD Property Management is seeking a dependable Virtual Assistant to coordinate daily operations remotely. You will work with the owner and an operations consultant, receive training, and gradually take ownership of clearly defined tasks.

This role covers rental listings, guest coordination, maintenance scheduling, bookkeeping and marketing support, with flexibility and room for growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional communication with guests, applicants and service providers.
• Comfort learning software and following documented procedures.
• Ability to recognize missing information and ask questions.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a suitable remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create and update rental listings and track inquiries, applicants, and appointments.
• Support guest communications and coordinate reservations, check-in details and guest requests.
• Log maintenance requests and coordinate with cleaners, maintenance workers and contractors.
• Organize receipts, invoices and financial records; categorize transactions by property.
• Update rental advertising and social media; assist with approved promotions.
