Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to support a US marketing agency. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive campaigns from kickoff to delivery, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

You will write briefs, track progress in Asana or similar tools, and report milestones while optimizing processes for faster delivery. This is a fully remote role from LATAM with US Central hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience understanding creative processes in marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists).
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track, report progress and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates.
