Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on planning and overseeing creative campaigns and assets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from kickoff to delivery.

You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and strategists, using PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello. A minimum of 2 years in creative or marketing project management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks early.

Responsibilities
