Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple campaigns in a fully remote capacity.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of project management in a marketing or agency setting, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with PM tools and workflows to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload, capacity, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Optimize processes and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate clear communication and timely updates with internal teams.
