Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote US marketing agency-focused role. The position oversees creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

You will write, manage, and optimize project workflows, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards. This is a contractor role offered with US Central time alignment.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience handling design, copywriting, or marketing projects in an agency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns using tools like Asana or Wrike.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—designers, copywriters, strategists—to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage workload and resources, redistributing tasks to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and dashboards; escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices for operations.
• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams and leadership, updating regularly.
