• Problem-solving mindset with ability to optimize workflows.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources align with project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use tracking reports to identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize Processes: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates.
