Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a performance marketing agency serving higher education. You will plan timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage resources to keep projects on track from kickoff to delivery.

You’ll write briefs, maintain schedules in Asana or similar tools, report progress to stakeholders, and help optimize workflows.

Competenze

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership.
• Understanding of how design/content development fits into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure resources align with objectives.
