Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to manage client portfolios within fashion, supplements, jewelry or B2B. You will execute 360° marketing strategies and report results in a 100% digital environment.

This remote role requires 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, Shopify knowledge, and strong English; native Spanish is essential. Expect 40 hours per week with overlap with Spain hours from LATAM, with monthly compensation of €800 and bonuses

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at an agency or managing an eCommerce store.
Experience with Shopify is required.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Email Marketing demonstrated.
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions.
Native Spanish and professional English proficiency; 40 hours/week with Spain overlap.

Responsibilities

Run the day to day of your assigned client accounts.
Plan the promotional calendar and ensure flawless execution.
Set up and monitor paid media campaigns (Meta, Google) with the Performance team.
Set up and monitor Email Marketing flows (Klaviyo, Shopify Email).
Use Shopify reports to produce insights and propose improvements.
Manage catalog updates, discounts and product page optimization.
Test UX and integrate AI tools into creative processes.
