Responsibilities

• Create & maintain project timelines across campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to meet deadlines.
• Manage workload and resources to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Track progress with reports and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize creative operations.
