AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage and tune high-availability production databases, collaborating with engineering teams. This hands-on DBA role focuses on database administration, performance, security, and reliability—not data engineering.

Competenze

• Mid-level with 3–4 years of hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS, particularly RDS and Aurora.
• Programming experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
• Experience with Kafka (Confluent Kafka) administration and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with performance analysis and tuning.
• Experience working with engineering teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Experience administering high-availability production systems.
