AgileEngine is seeking a Database Administrator to manage, secure, and tune high‑availability production databases, working closely with engineering teams. This is a hands‑on DBA role focused on database administration, performance, security, and reliability—not Data Engineering.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands‑on DBA experience, MS SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL, PowerShell or Python, Terraform, Confluent Kafka, AWS RDS and Aurora, performance tuning, high availability and disaster

Competenze

• 3–4 years hands-on DBA experience.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• AWS RDS and Aurora expertise.
• PowerShell or Python programming.
• Terraform IaC tooling.
• Confluent Kafka administration & troubleshooting.
• High availability, disaster recovery, and security focus.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
