Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to oversee ERP initiatives and cross-functional programs. Remote work is offered, with expectations to manage complex timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of PMO experience, strong communication, and proven ability to prepare executive-level reports and MoMs. Experience with Oracle EBS is preferred to support ERP deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and prepare MoMs.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Experience with Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.
