Coforge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs in a remote setting. You will drive executive-level meetings, manage multiple initiatives, and provide status updates to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes PMO leadership, risk mitigation, and delivering business transformation outcomes across SaaS, hardware, and services portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with program governance, stakeholder management at Director to EVP levels, and in-depth

Qualifications

Experience managing complex programs and multiple competing projects.
Strong program planning and execution skills, including timeline and dependency management.
Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks.
Ability to communicate effectively with Director, VP, and EVP-level stakeholders.
Understanding of SaaS, hardware, and services business models and applications.
Experience leading cross-functional meetings and PMO activities.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
