Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) for a remote role. The candidate will work to understand and translate business needs for Finance and Supply Chain processes, driving requirements, design, testing, and deployment activities.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with ERP transformations, UAT, and data validation across Oracle EBS environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify transformation and optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.
