Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Manager (Remote) to lead strategy and optimization for university-focused campaigns. You will drive high-intent keyword strategies, manage multi-channel efforts, and mentor team members to achieve inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

You will collaborate with analytics, creative, and account services to translate data into actionable insights. Strong English communication and 4+ years in paid search are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and keyword research
• Experience managing performance-focused campaigns with meaningful budgets
• Strong analytical skills with large amounts of campaign and performance data
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the Paid Search strategy and execution for a portfolio of education-focused partners across Google Ads
• Develop and optimize keyword strategies based on search intent and goals
• Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bid strategies, and budgets
• Write and optimize search ad copy aligned with user intent and conversions
• Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with Analytics and Account Services to ensure accurate conversion tracking
