Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience in an agency or multi-account setting.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
• Proven track record managing performance-driven paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets.

Aufgaben

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Develop audience strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and campaign objectives.
• Build and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing strategies.
• Analyze creative performance to identify winning hooks and formats and translate insights into tests.
• Establish structured testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures.
• Monitor key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and optimize for outcomes.
• Identify fatigue and propose new concepts to sustain performance.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with analytics for accurate tracking and attribution.
