Atomic HR is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution for university and education-focused clients. You will own keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and performance optimization across Google Ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve inquiries, applications, and enrollment goals.

You will mentor team members and help shape the agency’s broader Paid Media vision while working in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience in an agency or multi-account environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads including bidding, structure, and optimization.
• Experience managing performance-focused campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong written and spoken English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution across Google Ads and related platforms.
• Develop and optimize keyword strategies based on search intent and partner goals.
• Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, keywords, match types, negatives, bids, budgets.
• Write and optimize search ad copy aligned with intent and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance, pacing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS where applicable.
• Analyze queries and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Execute ongoing testing across keywords, bids, ad copy, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Translate performance data into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Account Services to ensure accurate tracking.
• Stay updated on Google Ads updates, automation, and trends.
