Atomic Hr is seeking a Paid Media Manager Lead to own strategy and execution for university and education-focused partners. Remote role serving North American universities, you will drive multi-channel campaigns and optimize performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and video channels.

You will mentor junior team members, report insights to partners, and help shape the agency’s broader Paid Media vision while staying ahead of industry trends in higher education marketing.

Formación

• 5+ years of paid media experience with performance campaigns.
• Experience managing $100K+/month budgets.
• Proven multi-channel lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytics translating data into strategy.
• Experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high execution standards.
• Collaborate with account services, analytics and creative teams.
• Provide reporting, insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated on Paid Media trends in higher education marketing.
