Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for DTC brands in a remote role. You manage campaigns end to end, defend decisions to clients, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS while balancing brand and direct response.

You will audit, optimize, and build tracking, feeds, and landing pages, collaborating directly with clients. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours, and capable of shipping practical, high-impact results in a

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Audit accounts and communicate findings via Loom.
• Own brand and non-brand campaigns and report attribution.
• Available for US Eastern business hours for client calls.
