Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, act as the client contact, and defend your decisions in updates and calls.

You will optimize across Google Ads, Shopping, and related assets, with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets. You will audit campaigns before touching, manage feeds, and separate brand vs non-brand strategies.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist to act as buyer and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and landing pages before touching any account.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand strategies and report separately.

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end.
• Lead client communication, updates, and calls.
• Audit structure, keywords, negatives, bidding per campaign type.
• Assess attribution and hold to NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and Shopping impact.
• Be available for US Eastern hours as client contact.
