Job summary

Cyril's Foods in LATAM is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our accounting team and work closely with the U.S. Finance group. You will bring senior-level expertise to daily recordkeeping, month-end activities, and cost accounting in a growing, long-standing company.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, and offers a starting pay up to $1,400 USD per month with potential increases as you advance. A stable employer with 40+ years in business, you’ll contribute to accurate, audit-ready numbers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with inventory and product-cost accounting (COGS).
• Experience in a B2B product company (manufacturer or distributor).
• Fluent, professional English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records as part of our accounting team.
• Support the month-end close, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Contribute to inventory and product-cost accounting, including COGS and inventory adjustments.
• Process transactions and workflows in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Rippling.
• Apply U.S. GAAP to help keep our numbers compliant, reliable, and audit-ready.
• Spot issues early, suggest process improvements, and collaborate closely with our Finance team.
