Pearster is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a project for an international client. You will manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closes, ensuring accurate financial records in a fully remote LATAM setup.

You will work with cross-border finance teams, prepare financial statements, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation within the accounting function.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or general ledger roles.
• Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Ability to prepare and review journal entries and financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinate with internal/external audits and provide reports.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies; drive process improvements.
