Sunny Homes LLC is seeking a meticulous bookkeeper to manage financial records and ensure GAAP compliance in a remote setting. The role requires strong QuickBooks Online proficiency, data entry speed, and the ability to protect client confidentiality.

You will handle daily transactions, invoices, and monthly closings, while assisting budgets and forecasts. Advanced English is mandatory, with a collaborative team culture and predictable M-F hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
• Advanced English (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Record, verify, and post financial transactions; maintain accurate subsidiary accounts.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts; ensure accuracy in subsidiary accounts.
• Draft client invoices and process expense bills.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor trends, and assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings with complete accuracy.
• Stay compliant with legal requirements, file reports, and advise management.
• Spot discrepancies, propose efficiency improvements, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Organize and maintain electronic records of financial and operational data.
• Support team efforts with additional responsibilities as needed.
