AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end analysis, from data sourcing to visualization, with a focus on business impact.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses remote communication tools and offers flexible scheduling, with options for remote and office work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
