AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data modeling, validation, and scalable analytics across multiple domains, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; optimize large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development; maintain or migrate Tableau models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools: Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
