AgileEngine Senior BI Analyst is sought to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visualizations and analyses that drive business decisions, collaborating across remote teams to deliver impactful results.

You will leverage SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling to optimize data quality, pipelines, and reporting efficacy, while communicating complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for leaders.
