Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports, analyze data for trends, and validate data sources across the organization.

Role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools. Teams collaborate via GitHub, Slack, and JIRA in a remote-friendly culture with flexible office options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, including migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability.
