AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will deploy dashboards and maintain models to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python hands-on experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools. The role offers flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Nice-to-have: 2+ years Snowflake development.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and iterate on dashboards, reports, and visualizations for strategic decision-making.
• Examine large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Verify data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Gather requirements from customers and provide responsive service.
• Enhance data pipelines, tools, and documentation.
