AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large data sets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data modeling, ETL, and storytelling through visuals, working with cutting-edge BI tools and AI-enabled coding assistants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
