Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across our international team. This remote role covers LATAM, requiring 2+ years in HR and strong English and Spanish communication.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, and support performance management and policy improvements, collaborating with managers and global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent communication.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for cultural fit.
• Prepare, publish, and maintain clear job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR policy implementation and continuous improvement.
