Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across our international team. This remote LATAM role collaborates with managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, publish job descriptions, maintain records, and assist with performance management and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2).
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HR administration and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
• Prepare and publish engaging, accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain records.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and policy implementation.
