Job summary

Wise Choice Remodeling is seeking a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and book appointments for the U.S. home remodeling sales team. This remote role is based in Argentina or Colombia, with work hours aligned to Pacific Time.

You will manage outbound outreach, maintain CRM records, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team while meeting activity and appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• SDR experience with outbound phone sales and lead qualification.
• Strong spoken English and ability to communicate clearly with U.S. customers.
• Availability to work full-time from noon to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time, including weekends.
• Based in Argentina or Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone and email to learn about remodeling plans and assess fit.
• Book qualified appointments and provide clear notes before handoff.
• Keep contact records, call outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Manage follow-up pipeline and work toward outreach, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.
