Job summary

ElectroNeek Robotics Inc. is seeking an SDR/BDR to drive outbound prospecting across LATAM, US, Europe, and India. You will nurture replies into qualified meetings, manage multi-channel outreach, and hand off to the Sales Manager with a concise brief.

You will work remotely, coordinating across regions in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus. Experience with AI-assisted sales tools and a metrics-driven mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as an SDR/BDR in B2B software or technology.
• Hands-on outbound experience targeting international markets.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Proven track record with meetings booked and held.
• Strong multi-channel prospecting: LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Excellent written communication in multiple languages.
• Comfort working across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to replies within one business day in prospect language.
• Convert replies into confirmed calendar slots with Sales Manager.
• Run own targeted outreach on top of automated flows with personalized messages.
• Handle first-touch questions and objections using approved positioning.
• Send proof: case study, deck, or one-pager from sales library.
• Log a short briefing in HubSpot after each booked meeting.
• Join first calls and log next steps afterward.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and adhere to process.
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily in workflow.
• Review performance dashboards and adjust strategies.
