Job summary

Hiresur is seeking a Business Development Representative to build first connections with a growing base of brands on a fast-growing influencer marketing platform. You will consult prospective clients on offerings and turn engaged users into sales opportunities in a high-velocity environment.

We are looking for an SDR/BDR who is comfortable with high activity volume, quick consultative conversations, and reading usage data to decide who to contact and when.

Qualifications

• C1-C2 English proficiency; clear, confident written and spoken English for daily calls and outreach.
• 1–3+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or similar fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Comfort with high activity volume and quick, consultative conversations.
• Concise writing ability: capable of two-line emails.
• Curiosity about data; able to read usage signals to decide who to contact and when.
• Experience selling to marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or agencies; influencer/creator economy exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily queue of product-qualified leads (PQLs) via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Achieve 40–80 calls per day to qualify key leads.
• Run short discovery sessions linking brand goals to subscription features.
• Provide quick assistance and troubleshooting to users with questions.
• Test outreach timing/messages/offers; report on what works.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and feed back PQL signals.
• Keep HubSpot CRM accurate and up to date.
• Occasionally outreach to MQLs and good-fit brand accounts.
