Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in English for internal collaboration and team communication.
• Driven to close deals and achieve targets with a proactive mindset.
• Able to operate autonomously in a fully remote role.
• Available Monday–Friday 06:00–11:00 and 12:00–16:00 Argentina time.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with potential students to understand their language learning goals.
• Guide clients through our e-learning solutions and close enrollments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment finalization.
• Build strong relationships to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
• Operate with high autonomy to meet and exceed monthly targets.
