Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience delivering platform demonstrations or training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet work.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, owning issues from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features and workflows step by step.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information and root causes.
• Own issues from contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions and customer satisfaction.
