Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or tech support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience conducting platform demos and feature explanations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Tech mindset with willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude and ownership in handling issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, filings, and usage.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, determine action plan.
• Own issues from start to finish and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction.
