Prometeo Talent is recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers in a fast-growing SaaS company operating remotely in Latin America. The role focuses on permit filings, account management, and effective platform usage.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of phone-based customer service, excellent English skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. A fully remote setup and structured onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and data entry workflows.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permits, account setup, and billing.
• Use critical thinking to determine best resolutions outside standard playbooks.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and escalation when needed.
• Follow up with customers by phone or email to confirm resolution.
