Job summary

Hirelago.Com is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role targeting Latin America. You will be the first contact for customers, guiding them through permit filings, account setup, and platform usage.

The role emphasizes independent judgment and ownership of customer issues. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in phone-based customer service, is fluent in English, and is comfortable with Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain platform knowledge.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
