Mappa is a fully remote growth marketing agency seeking a Senior RevOps Solutions Architect with deep HubSpot and Salesforce expertise. You’ll own end-to-end integrations, design data architectures, and guide developers. Strong client-facing skills and experience with Marketing Cloud and FSC are highly valued.

You’ll work across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub, collaborating with strategy and paid media teams. Competitive compensation and remote flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on RevOps or CRM architecture experience.
• Deep HubSpot expertise across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency with reporting and object modeling.
• Proven track record guiding API integrations end-to-end.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and, ideally, FSC in WealthTech/RIAs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain HubSpot instances with complex workflows and reporting.
• Design end-to-end HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and data flows.
• Lead API integrations and guide developers without writing production code.
• Collaborate on middleware and third-party tools across the stack.
• Lead client calls as technical authority during discovery and scoping.
• QA builds, validate data integrity, and mentor HubSpot specialists.
