Job summary

Marketfully is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a fully remote role. The contractor will focus on CRM and revenue system operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and documenting complex SaaS workflows.

You will evaluate real-world SaaS operations, identify policy conflicts, and help align system changes with governance and billing impacts across CPQ and ticketing integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
