Job summary

Marketfully is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. The role is remote as a contractor, requiring 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience and prior CRM implementations or migrations.

You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM configurations, data flows, and integrations, while documenting operational decisions and system changes.

Qualifications

4–6 years hands-on CRM admin experience.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
Experience working in SaaS environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules across platforms.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected systems.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization and system design.
