Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This contractor role is remote.

You’ll audit CRM and revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required. Excellent written and verbal English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Led CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with revenue or operational systems like billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integrations.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
