Creative Chaos is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to ensure SLA adherence and lead urgent issues with staffing as needed. You will document configurations, collaborate to deploy CI/CD infrastructure, and build QA/dev environments in the cloud.

The role emphasizes security, automation, and direct server support during deployments. You will work with development teams to ensure environments meet requirements, design and test infrastructures, and participate in evaluating candidates for

Formación

• BS degree in computer science or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure, App Center, CloudFormation, Ansible
• Proficient with configuration mgmt tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
• RDBMS and NoSQL knowledge (MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)
• Windows Server, VMware, IIS, MSSQL, MongoDB experience
• Advanced scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby)
• Strong Linux experience (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Amazon Linux)
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Excellent English communication

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to SLAs per contract
• Lead urgent issues and projects with staffing as needed
• Document system configuration, processes and tools
• Maintain process methodology and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with development engineering to deploy CI/CD infrastructure
• Develop and implement QA/dev environments
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments
• Ensure infrastructure security and reliability, with automation
• Provide direct server support during deployments
• Work with developers to meet requirements and best practices
